In order to facilitate the most effective use of our time when serving our client’s needs, we process support requests online in the order received. Here are some basic support policy guidelines and tips.

Support Requests

1. Make sure your inquiry is specific to a product or service we are providing. General topics having to do with matters that are public knowledge, such as junk mail, web browsing and navigation, html formatting, print-vs-web image resolution or other easily accessible online subjects are not covered by AME Support, since we are not a training program of any kind. As with anything worth learning about, such questions should be independently researched.

2. Formulate your inquiry to be as simple and easy to follow as possible. If there is more than one issue/question/request, please bullet point the items clearly. Most support inquiries submitted in this fashion are resolved within 24-48 hours.
