Files or zipped folders up to 2MB may be uploaded here – maximum 2 uploads per ticket (supported file formats: txt, doc, docx, rtf, pdf, jpg, png, gif, zip). If you have large files to transfer, use a free Dropbox account and send us the share link here with your ticket.
All tickets are private – they are only visible to you and our team. Most are answered/resolved within 48 hours. Ticket maintenance is performed regularly and old/closed tickets are purged to protect client privacy and reset server space.
